We just ate there last Saturday. Our friends had just returned from the Magic and their first dinner HAD to be at Boma. It was the only time we could get together, so Boma it was.
First I have to explain that I am allergic to any form of aromatic pepper, the kind used as spices that is.....I'm also allergic to curry. I talked to CM Donna about what dishes I could safely eat and she grabbed their Dietary Restrictions chart. It didn't have any information about spices but did include nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, etc. She walked me down the serving line and pointed out the few things it was safe for me to eat......prime rib, mac & cheese, bread and desserts. That's about it. She did offer to make a side of couscous with veges and when it came to the table there was enough to feed all 6 adults
Overall the couscous with veges was the BEST thing I had to eat that night. The prime rib tasted like the gas they were cooking with, the mac and cheese was, well mac and cheese. I never even bothered to try any desserts. I can get chocolate chip cookies anywhere and the fruit tarts had mango in them, which I'm deathly allergic to and the Zebra Domes, which DBF loved, has Kaluha (coffee liquor) in them....I hate coffee

. Needless to say, I will not be dining at Boma ever again.
