And that's, I guess better, than nothing and may be enough for some people... personally I'll be interested to see how that works since clearly they aren't switching out utensils between guests and there remain lots of "finger foods".The article does reference the buffet is being regularly watched and maintained, as well as the utensils being changed frequently.
I miss Jiko too. That's always a must do for us.

. All the African touches (Bobitie. Fufu, frunch etc) made this such a "Dining experience". My DH and I honeymooned for 6 weeks in Africa so the AKL and Boma hold a special place in our hearts. Glad to see it re-opened in time for our fall trip.
