We loved it, great selection of meats, something called fufu (sp?) which is amazing, and the most delicious mash ever!

Oh and its LOUD due to all the wood and the high cellings the sound just echoes about and you can hardly hear your self speak.

This is a real bugbear of mine. I wish Disney would move away from the cavernous, cacophonous designs - they're so canteen-like. Boma is far from the worst offender, though. Where they need the big areas, dividing the space and lowering the ceilings would make for a much more pleasant environment.

Have been several times and enjoyed it - haven't been for a while though.

For us Boma means - ZEBRA DOMES!

Mrs TT here. Afraid I have to disagree with my hubby here as neither DS or I are fans of Boma for dinner (except for Zebra Domes of course - thanks Wayne). The spices aren't really to our taste, but DH and DD love it. Enjoyed breakfast though. Lovely buffet with plenty of choice.

It looks visually very nice but it just does not make for a good ambience. There are also the drums somewhere that at various points people were banging and its just added to the noise. I am not saying that you have to be quiet in to have a good meal but when its so loud it really is off putting.

Oh, I completely agree with you. I just think there are even worse offenders.

Went in 2010 as we were staying at AKL and I can say it was the worst meal of the holiday.
