We had some family members who returned from Disney last week and they ate at Boma. They did not like it. They said the food was more African type. My family & I are going in August and I have reservations there. We are more for American type food. So tell me, what kind of food do they have?
Thanks in Advance! :confused3

They have a mix of African and American food but it is mostly African. I like mainly American food however really enjoy Boma so I would give it a try. Go to http://allearsnet.com/menu/menus.htm to see what kinda of things they have there.

My DH is strictly a meat and potatoes guy and didn't like it.
I liked some of the food but not all. I really liked the soups! There are people that absolutely love it. Check out the menu at the web link that was posted.

Boma is my absolute favorite and we try to go twice during our stays. The food different, but that is what makes it so great. They have a dish called Bobooti (Sp?) that is my favorite. It's sort of a sweet quiche. It has raisins, eggs, beef, etc. I also love the ribs and roast beef. The sweet mashed potatoes with pumpkin pie seasonings is so yummy. The roast beef has a wonderful rub and when you add the sweet/sour mustard its so delicious. The hummus and flat breads are awesome. The soups are out of this world. And of course, the desserts are the best. I LOVE Zebra Domes!
