Boma - What do you enjoy on the buffets?

Ahhhh, Boma, it's our favorite WDW restaurant!

My top favorites:

-Creamy Carrot and Ginger Soup
-Couscous Marrakesh
-Salmon (it is made two different ways depending on the day, I love the nut-crusted one the best, the other one is fabulous too!)
-Zebra Domes
-A coffee tart thing that I don't know the name of

Oh, I'm excited for you! We're planning our 3rd trip for Nov, and Boma's the only place we will have eaten at every time. I like to try a little bite of everything, including all the soups, and they encourage you to do that, so don't be shy! They have a revolving menu, so you don't always get to have the same things, but it's a fun food adventure every time!

My DD loved the Pepper Pot soup, I loved the bbq ribs, and I can't say enough about the banana bread pudding! They have warm vanilla and chocolate sauces for it. I enjoy zebra domes, too, but don't forget to try that bread pudding!!!!!

Boy, this place sounds better with each additional posting here. And to think I started out planning to go to Chef Mickey's which gets worse and worse with each posting I read about it. I want to see the Holiday Wishes fireworks which will be at 9:30 pm. My reservaton is at 7:05 pm, so if I'm done by 8:30pm I should still be able to make it to the transportation center at the MK to view the fireworks.

The Bobotie is amazing and my favorite thing there. It's ridiculous how much of it I eat when staying at AKL. Their soups and rice dishes are good. I'm not at all a fan of the Zebra Domes but the desserts are great.

As long as you don't turn your nose up at new or interesting things, you'll love it.
