So what do you think is better? We will be a party of 7. 5 Adults and 2 kids. I have an ressie for Captain's Grill at 12:30 and Boma at 1:45 and I need to cancel one of them and I am so undecided. Please help :)

I'm a mom. I'd rather someone serve me than having to serve myself and serve my children. JMHO.

If someone else were taking care of the children, I might be ok with serving myself. esp if some mommy juice were happening :)

What are your other plans for the day? CG is more central, if that matters.

We are local, so I am not sure what are plans are for the rest of the day just yet. It depends on how my in-laws and my mom feels, they don't have park tickets or anything so where ever we go we will just walk around that hotel for a little bit then head home. :)

I agree with you. Since I am the mom (with little kids in this instance LOL) we are treating my mom and my husbands mom there will be plenty of hands for the my kiddos. But I was having a hard time finding a table service restaurant. I really really wanted O'hana but no luck since I waited until the last minute LOL.

If you wanted Ohana, how about Kona? It gets great reviews, some of the food is a bit similar (they have the wings which I think are the same and they have potstickers which are a bit different and lovely noodle bowls) and you get that tropical Poly flair. I think it is a pretty light airy restaurant open to the lobby. And I will tell you, when my son put his chocolate milk down on the "corner" of a round table and it "went poom" (yes him dropping a full cup of liquid is a thing that happens not infrequently) I could not believe that it was cleaned up and replaced before I could even catch someone's eye to report it. I think it is a good and much less hectic choice than a busy buffet. JMHO!
