I'm a picky eater, dh likes to eat healthy and ds6 is picky. Is this a good or bad choice for dinner?

I am a picky eater as well. My DH and I have had dinner at Boma twice and both times I loved it. I think that no matter how picky, you will be able to find things you like. The Chefs there are wonderful and will answer any questions you may have. I ended up trying lots of new things, some I liked and some I did not. That is the great thing about a buffet.:)

I've eaten there (in one meal) with a carnivore who thinks vegetables should be banned, a vegetarian (the two are brothers - go figure), a very healthy eater (the mother - yes, interesting), the father who eats anything (even more interesting), a person who doesn't like spicy foods (me), and a person who hears the word "different" and wants to run.

Except for the very healthy eater (she never eats more than a half plate of anything anywhere), we rolled out of there.

Remember that there are "comfort foods" on there for your son. Your husband should really enjoy the salads (hint, combine two of the four dressings - excellent), there are enough vegetables on there for everyone, the chicken is very good in my opinion, and my husband loves the skirt steak (a bit too spicy for me).

We ate at Boma five times in one year. We got Boma-ed out.

I second that. I am a picky eater as well and seeing as this is a MUST for my DH we always go. I never have a hard time finding things to eat here. As well as our DD. She will try just about anything Daddy does so it's not a problem for her. For me I look at it as a great place to try new and fun things I normally wouldn't. If I don't like it I can try somehting else. But most I do end up liking. Specially the salad. YUM-O!!!

Boy, these Boma threads come up a lot!!

We are an entire family of picky eaters and Boma is a MUST on every trip!:thumbsup2

I think it is a great option in that case! Lots of salds, roasted meats and veggies even fish. Plus kids choices like mac n cheese, chicken etc for picky eaters.
