ok need some info/suggestions which would you do and why?It will be 6 adults.Curious about the food at Boma,is the breakfast there seasoned like the dinner's are?need to choose between one of these two so i can finalize my adr's.Just torn between both of these.Plan on going on an ak day and are staying at pop so if we do boma have to take bus to ak then another bus from there to Akl right?and how long would you suppose this would take from pop to akl?

If you go to AKL or Boma from pop by bus, you do have to go to any park (AK prob the best) and then transfer to AKL. I usually go by cab for early morning adrs due to it taking a long travel time (others may disagree) and then you could take the bus to AK for the day. The cab is about $15-20. Be sure to tell them you have 6 in your party.
We have done both breakfasts at Boma and Tuskerhouse and they are pretty much the same - both have some "african" flavors and "traditional" breakfast stuff. It depends on whether you want a character interaction really or not.

yes we have done both, the food was very similar however Boma was a little better but the characters at Tusker House were wonderful, I think you will like whichever you do :)

I would go with Tusker House. The food is very similar but you wouldn't need an extra stop.

Agree with this! If you want the character thing, Tusker. But I love Boma, and would go anytime!

We are doing the Tusker House for Breakfast and Boma for dinner....best of both worlds??? :upsidedow

I'm sure either will be great for breakfast!:thumbsup2

Honestly, we werent too thrilled with Tusker House breakfast this year. Donald Duck was outside and you got your picture with him, and there were only 3 characters rotating the tables. They spent about 3 seconds each at the table, wave, quick picture, run to next table. It was hardly worth it! Last year I think they had Pluto also so there were 4 characters rotating the tables so they werent AS rushed. Definitely gonna skip it this time.
