Boma or Maya Grill?

We've never been to either of these and need to choose one over the other for our September trip (only have 1 TS slot left to fill). DH and I don't mind adventurous food, so that's not an issue for Boma. Which would you choose and why?

I've never tried Maya Grill, but I absolutly love Boma. I haven't heard any really good reviews for Maya Grill. I would definatly pick Boma.

I also have done boma but not maya grill.. Boma = yummy

I've been to both. Maya Grill is good, but nothing to write home about. Boma is amazing!!! Great food, and excellent service! It was the best meal i've ever had at WDW.

Is the Maya Grill the one at Coronado Springs Resort? If so, we ate there when we stayed there, and Boma definitely wins by a landslide!!!! I'd say, don't miss Boma and enjoy the grounds at AKL as well!

Also, if you go to Boma, the "zebra domes" dessert is amazing!

In case you haven't decided based on previous posts I thought I'd throw my two cents in.... Boma. WONDERFUL!!!

I have just gotten back from Disney and ate at both places.

You can't go wrong no matter what you pick. I had a great time at both! Good food at both! beautiful surroundings at both!

But if I MUST choose.....I have to get on the Boma Bandwagon. Only because the atmosphere is SO exotic and the staff is so sweet and nice and the food selection is huge since it's a buffet. Everyone should do Boma at least once. You can go to Maya grill next time. Which I highly reccomend as well.

Thanks for the replies everyone! Boma's looks so different from anything we've ever tried, so it looks like we'll go with that! Not to mention that I've been wanting to try Boma's for the last 3 trips but haven't made it there yet. This will definitely be the time for it!

Boma wins hands down. The atmoshpere is great and the food is even better. The lodge is an amazing experience, make sure you leave yourself enough time to explore.

We eat at Maya everytime we go. We love it there but this time we are changing our normal and going to Boma's. We hope we have a great food experience like we have everytime we go to Maya.
