Boma or Kona at the Poly???

I have 1 final eating decision to make- We will be at AK on the Wednesday of ou trip- I was leaning towards grabbing a light BK at AK and ending our day at Kona- we would go back to hotel, swim , shower etc and head over for dinner and maybe fireworks at the beach- Or we could head back to AK after afternoon rest and have dinner at the infamous Boma. WWYD?

I have never eaten at Boma but have heard many good reports. However we stayed at the Poly last year and Kona is great. You could then watch the Electric Water Pageant (kitsch retro cool) from the beach at 9pm and watch the fireworks from there too. I would definitely give kona a go. Another thing you could also do whilst there is go for an after dinner monrail ride. DH and i loved to do that last year, 1 complete circuit around the monorail whilst dinner went down, then cocktails.

Tough decision-they're both great, but I would add my vote for the Kona.

It really is a very good restaurant, and you've just got to love the atmosphere at the Poly.

I vote for Kona, too. We've tried Boma and think it's overrated. We love the food at Kona.

Eat at both!! They are both really good!
