Boma or Cape May for breakfast?

Just want a simple breakfast for myself and my tween daughter. I liked the Cape May buffet in 2019 when we went but I know it’s not a buffet anymore. Love the traditionals (scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, pancakes/waffles/French toast)!
We will be staying at ASMo and going on a resort day so no travel to parks needed.

I wouldn't call Boma a simple breakfast, though they do have basic breakfast fare on the buffet. The more unique items are where they really shine. For a resort day, it's a great hotel to wander and look at the animals.

Cape May is cheaper and traditional. We prefer family style but others love a buffet. You could take a ride on the Skyliner, walk over and play minigolf, etc after breakfast from there.

I guess it depends on how you're getting there and what other activities you might want to do in combination with breakfast.

We’ve never eaten at Cape May, but Boma is our favorite restaurant- breakfast and dinner! So good!
