BOMA on last morning

Our last morning we currently have BOMA breakfast buffet scheduled at 8:55. So we will probably do AK for that day, since we will have to leave the park by 2 to get back to our resort (POR) for DME. Should we try to get an earlier reservation (nothing available now but we can keep searching), or if we get there earlier would they seat us earlier? I also wouldn't mind checking out the AKL a bit. I know it will take time in the morning to check-in all our bags and check out of the resort, and I don't want to force us to get up at the crack of dawn! We plan to take an uber from POR to AKL to save time.

FWIW-we are two young adults going in September and the last day is a Monday. So no kids and hopefully low crowds. Probably planning on getting FPs to one of the Pandora rides, Everest, and Safari. We will have already spent a whole day at AK.

We always go to breakfast at Boma on our departure day, in part, because we do a lot of character breakfasts and the food quality and selection is just so much better at Boma (we want to save the best for last).

Anyway, to answer your question, it's never been that busy when we've gone there for breakfast (especially compared to dinner), so I think there's a good chance they'd seat you earlier than your ADR time.

We did Boma for breakfast on our last day the last two trips. We had a rental car, and spent part of the day at Downtown Disney/Disney Springs before our late afternoon flights instead of a park. I believe we were a bit early for both reservations (I think they were around 10am) and they seated us either a bit early or right at our reservation time. It definitely wasn't later than 10. Both of these were Sundays in September, and they weren't insanely crowded. Enjoy it! It's our favorite place for breakfast, and we'll be there again in May!

Boma is our traditional departure day breakfast. We don't visit a park on our last day, so we usually just take our time getting packed up, head over to AKL, enjoy breakfast and look around the resort for a while. It's my favorite buffet in all of Disney. I've always been seated promptly. Enjoy!
