BOMA Menus

I remember seeing a post a while back with the daily menus for Boma. I know about the menu on allearsnet.com but that menu lists all buffet items. The post I am thinking of gave the menus for each day (I think it was a Monday-Wednesday-Friday, Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday type listing).

Does anyone have this information?

I hope this made some sense.

Oh no...is this accurate? According to this menu, there is no salmon on wednesday!!! Our PS is on a wednesday and I was really looking forward to the salmon!!!

(I've been wanting to stick my head in here in between homework and studying!)

We went to Boma back in May and last January, and the menu rotation was accurate. On Sundays they tend to change it up, and randomly select a day. I went on Jan 1, a Sunday, and had a certain menu, while another poster went another Sunday and had a different menu.

I know May isn't that recent, though.

I'm trying to get FH to go again sometime next month, and we will if we don't decide on a Candlelight Processional restaurant.

I really want the soups that are listed as a Wednesday feature.

The Carrot Ginger and the Coconut Curry Chicken Stew are just fantastic!

one thing is certain they will have the Zebra Domes!!! Thats what Steve the CM had mentioned last time I was there... they know that is one main thing the Peeps comes back for !!

I did not try the soups there last fall - since everyone is talking about them, I will have to give them a try this year. I loved the smoothies! and the cold pod! and the desserts! As you can tell pretty much all of it. DH liked it, but wasn't his favorite, however, it was one of his top to return to this year, hmmm. I think he really did like it

The desserts are usually pretty similar each day, and a few basic things like some of the salads, hummus (delicious!), roasted chicken, side dishes (potatoes, rice), and the kids area (mac and cheese, chicken tenders) stay the same. However, it seems like just about everything else varies from day to day. They always have a beef, chicken and fish item, but they're cooked differently each day.

That's one of the reasons why we keep going back there - the variety. Everytiime we go we find something new.
