Boma...Fried Oreos?

Would someone be so kind as to explain this dish to me? I just a pic of it in a reviewd and it looks way delish, but hardly looks like a buffet type dessert....is it special order? Any info is greatly appreciated!

It isn't on the buffet and seems to only be given to people who have food allergies or who are vegetarian/vegan. I'm both (vegan and food allergies) and have had it. It is awesome!!

Chef TJ is awesome and his vegetarian entree is the best I have ever had so it is worth at least one night of not eating meat. His cooking might convince a few carnies to change their ways

As far as I know you can't "special request" it. They might make it for you, they might not. Just so you're not disappointed if the chef's not available or whatever.

We have been lucky the last two times we were there. Chef TJ really took care of us. The first trip was our wedding planning trip and he made the dessert for us to celebrate. The second was for our actual wedding and he remembered us and made it again, along with this huge plate of ribs!!!!

You can go to any boardwalk on the Jersey shore and get them too!
