Boma for resort guests

Does AKL "reserve" a number of tables for AKL resort guests? I am definitely going to make PS for dinner but what if we want to have breakfast there. Will we be able to get a table or should we just go ahead and get a PS?

We're going to be there Memorial Day Saturday and Sunday...

Nope, they don't know who is resort guest and who walked off the street. Make a PS just to be safe =)

All PS are 1st come, 1st served, regardless if you are a resort guest or a day guest. A while back they tried to have the resort guests able to make their PS earlier than those not staying in the resorts and it didn't work. Definitely make your PS!

For dinner at Boma, definately make PS, but if you want to eat there for breakfast, PS is probably not necessary, unless, of course, its mid July, spring break or some other really high traffic period. We were at AKL in January for 4 nights and ate breakfast at Boma 3 of the 4 mornings. We never made PS and never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for a table. Dinner is another story of course.

PS for breakfast is definately necessary..the place is usually full within 15 minutes of opening time. The breakfast is excellent..make ps's..you can always cancel..make one for every day if you don't know what day you want to go on.

We love Boma breafasts and always make PS, remember if you are staying at the lodge you can just go by the podium and make your PS the night before especially if you eat early in the AM. We are going in April and have 3 PS's for breakfast already set!
