We have done the dinner buffet at Boma in the past, but never breakfast. The DIS section with restaurant menus says: "Prices are 15.00 to 29.99 per person depending on season *." Can someone tell me what this means?

During the holiday "season" the prices are increased...usually Thanksgiving/Christmas, Spring Break, and mid summer July4th time..Almost all the TS places go to special "holiday pricing", usually 3-5 dollars more..

Right, and the low number is the child price, so you have to add the holiday surcharge to the $10.99 and the $18.99... if you are paying holiday pricing. The $15 and $29 are estimates...

I believe the breakfast at Boma usually runs around $16.99 per person. And it is worth every penny. It is my favorite breakfast ANYWHERE.

We were just there 2 weeks ago and it was terrific!! We liked it WAY better than Crystal Palace, and even MORE WAY better than Chef Mickeys! THe food was fresher, more interesting, and we thought it was better prepared. I think it's a new favorite... Boma Breakfast!

The price was $18.99 for adults and $10.99 for kids. You'd get a surcharge on this during holiday seasons, etc. We were on the meal plan but I wrote down the cost of everything to see if I got my money's worth from the DDP (an unqualified YES!!)

I went ahead and booked us for breakfast on our departure day. Sounds like something we would really enjoy. I'm assuming with our ADR being on November 21st, that this will probably qualify as "holiday pricing?"

We had breakfast here on 8/11 and while I do enjoy the breakfast I was shocked at the $23.99 pp charge. Not worth it at that cost.

I think Boma b'fast is great. we have done it on a departure day too. kept us full for the long ride home:thumbsup2

I think the only reason my DH keeps agreeing to return to Disney is so he can eat breakfast at Boma. :cloud9:

Boma breakfast is a first morning tradition for us, its such a lovely resort anyway, and it's a brilliant buffet. The juice concoction is delicious, and they have real coffee which is equally as nice.

Thanks everyone! It sounds like a great breakfast (and the "real" coffee sounds wonderful!), plus it will be a great way for our friends to see AKL. Hopefully, since its morning, we'll get to see some animals! :)
