boma does the menu change?

I have been hearing great things about boma ..and thought we would try it in april .I read somewhere where ribs are served on certain nights does anyone know anything about this

Yes, the menu changes a few times/week. As far as ribs go..I don't remember them being there when we ate there last. They may have them though, but I don't know what night. Also, all menus can change from time to time. Here's a copy from a post from a while back of the dinner rotation at Boma. It's just a bare bones thing to go by. Boma is a really great place to eat. I'm pretty picky, but just try things..you'll like several items and so will everyone else.
