Boma Dinner Rotation--Can anyone help?

I love Boma and have been there three times and am scheduling another trip in May. We had ribs on a Wednesday night there and my friend LOVED them. I'd like to go back on "rib night" again.

Is there anyplace I can go to learn the dinner entree rotation so I can get PS for rib night? Thanks so much!!

Bump.... since we are going there on Friday, Feb. 25th.

We were there on a Saturday night two weeks ago and, for the most part, the selections were NOT the same ones as listed on that dining rotation.
My suggestion would be to just call Boma directly and ask to speak to one of the chefs for an answer to your question. The chefs at Boma are wonderfully helpful

Anyone have the direct phone line to Boma?

I was given one by a friend, and I found the same one online, but it was for Jiko, not Boma.

Also, anyone else been there on a Saturday and NOT had the ribs on the buffet?
