Boma breakfast?

We would like to try Boma for breakfast in May. After that we plan on going to AK for the day. What is a good time to make our PS for Boma? TIA!

I would make PS as early as possible. Always believer in getting to the parks as early as possible to beat crowds.

P.S. Breakfast at Boma is fabulous! We are planning this for a last day treat.

I, too, would make it early to arrive at AK early. We ate breakfast there a year ago around 9:30 and the restaurant was practically empty. The food is very good.

We went on Feb 1st. of this year.
Our reservations were for 8 am. Not crowded until after 8:30 am. We wanted to see the animals on property before heading to Animal Kingdom for the day.
