Boma Breakfast Timing Question

Here's where I seriously need some advice from people who are in the know.

We're planning to try out Boma for breakfast on our down (no park) day. We're staying at CBR.

I see that Boma opens at 7:30 a.m. Here's the thing, we're going to have to take the bus to AK and then the bus to AKL correct? Anyone have any clue as to how long that might take? (AK opens at 9 a.m. that particular day.)

If I remember correctly, the buses at CBR start around 7 a.m. (I'm not sure though, as the only "early" bus we've caught was one for MK and that was right about 7. And of course, I don't remember what other buses we saw then.)

So, assuming the bus starts around 7, and taking into account going to AK, then boarding a bus for AKL... what time should I make our ADRs? We're hoping for early, early. Just not sure how quick we can make it over there. TIA!

If it were me, I'd get the earliest possible ADR for breakfast at Boma, and take a taxi to get there. Much less hassle, worry and travel time to deal with that way. JMHO.

If you want to get there that early, I would second the cab option. We are also going to eat at Boma on a non-park day, but have a late ADR. I don't think I would rely on Disney buses for an early ADR.

From POFQ. The CM who helped me on the phone suggested that we may be able to mak an 8:15 ADR, but they had several right around 9:30, so we decided to be safe rather than sorry. If you want to get there early, I would definitely take a cab. It's not so much getting to AK, since I'm sure they run early busses so people can get to the Tusker house character meal, but getting to AKL, once you're there!

Thanks for the advice! I figured a cab might be the easiest way. I've done early ADRs at MK just fine with the bus, but have never done the two bus swap. :)

Now I just have to talk DH into getting a cab. I really do not want to be stressed out trying to get there on time.

If you want to eat that early at Boma (which we have and the place is completely empty) I would not rely on Dis transportation...I would cab it

I say yes to the cab it's much less hassle. On a side not however you can catch any theme park bus and then hop on the one to AKL. It's just that AK is a shorter ride to AKL but they all have bus stops for AKL.

We're doing Boma for breakfast the day we are transferring over to AKV. Our ADR is at 7:30 and we are going to use a cab.

Well for some strange reason the DH wants to try the bus route. So wish me luck! (We haven't made the ADR yet, and I've at least told him there's no way to make it uber early.)

I've still got a few months to see if he'll change his mind though. ;)
