Boma Breakfast on Last Day

I've been lurking in the shadows, planning my trip in July with my DD (8) but have a question. I have an ADR at Boma for 7:30am on our departure day. We're staying at ASMovies and have a 1pm departure from MCO. Will we have time to eat and get back for ME pick up? I think I saw that the bus picks you 3 hours ahead?

If not, are there any other good breakfast locations that are closer to ASMovies?

Your pickup will be around 10 AM for a 1 PM flight departure. The only thing I have a concern with is that if you are taking Disney transportation you will have to transfer somewhere to get back to AS Movies. That always takes longer than it would if you could just go directly from AKL to AS Movies.

You'll likely need to take a bus to AK and then wait for another bus to take you to AS Movies. Unfortunately there's no way to know how long you will have to wait for each bus, but unless you get some really drastically long waits you should make it. You can also take a taxi back to AS movies.

I really want to try Boma so I think we'll take your suggestion and opt for a taxi so that we can end the trip with a nice breakfast. No need to be spending the whole time at breakfats worrying about if the bus will get us back in time.

I think it *might* be possible for you to use DME at AKL instead of rushing back to ASMo.

You will need to check out of ASMo, check luggage at RAC, then bus/cab over to AK. But you will be able to enjoy your Boma breakfast with peace of mind that you're all set for your trip home.

Call DME at 866-599-0951 to confirm AKL pickup.

We have always been told that ME will only drop off and pick up at the resort you are registered at.

And also factor into your timing that you should be back at your resort at least 30 min. before you are due to leave. The 10:00 pickup at your resort is when the bus leaves for the airport. You will need time to pick up your hand luggage from bell services, and this can take time if there's a long line waiting. And you will no doubt need a bit of time for last minute bathroom breaks as well. So try to be back at the resort by 9:30 at the latest.
