Boma breakfast - late seating

Has anyone made and ADR for breakfast at Boma at 10:45 or 10:55 am? We are thinking of doing this on our last day at AKL. Would that be a bad idea? I guess I'm just a little concerned that they won't keep the food as fresh and hot as if it were at 9 am.

The food will still be fresh (they will probably still be quite busy). Awesome restaurant - definitely go!

We always get the latest breakfast we can because it is hard to get to AKL unless you take a cab. We love it! The food is always hot and fresh. We never feel rushed either!

We did a 10:45 breakfast seating last year and it was fine. The food was plentiful and fresh and the restaurant was a little quieter which made for a very pleasant meal. We plan on going back in the future and scheduling a similar late time.
