Boma Breakfast Buffet

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has done the Boma breakfast. The animals are probably lovely to see first thing in the AM> We also think it would be a great opportunity to see the AKL hotel Thanks in advance gailelle

After reading all of the great posts about Boma we would like to try the breakfast aslo. I would like to know what a good time is to make a PS. Is AK in walking distance from the hotel? I would also love to see a menu! Hopefully someone can help us out!

We tried the Boma breakfast last March and really enjoyed it. We made PS but didn't need to as it was very slow - unlike dinner which is jammed to the rafters. Thus, it was very tranquil. The menu is extensive, and they'll make omelettes for you. Try the fruit juice - it's a tasty mixture.

We've also enjoyed Boma's for breakfast. We've gone twice and it is never very busy. It is not a very expensive breakfast either. I think about $14 per adult. You do not see animals from the restaurant. The bus service to AK is very quick from AKL. The bus does not go anywhere else, so it continually runs between the 2.

We did breakfast at Boma last June. We loved it. It was really good and had quite a good selection. I'd definitely give it a try. (But like slimplaw said, don't expect to see anything from the restaurant besides the pool! )

AK and AKL. It is only a 5 minute ride on the resort bus. I would most definately recommend breakfast at Boma's and a look around the resort. The animals will be out on the savannahs in the morning. Give yourself enough time to explore.........
