Boma Breakfast Buffet Question

First, I can't believe I'm having to ask this question.

In December, my DF and I are going down for our honeymoon and staying at the AKL. I was going to make reservations for breakfast for us at Boma. I like buffets because you can pick how much or how little of something you want and get a variety of food.

DF compared Boma and Mara, and because Boma's information only says "waffles" it doesn't say "MICKEY waffles" he won't let me make reservations. Apparently, Mickey waffles taste more magical to him . Can anyone confirm if there are or are not Mickey waffles on the buffet at Boma?

No, I don't remember seeing mickey waffles on the buffet...BUT... Boma is one of the BEST buffets you can do...You would be missing a great breakfast

There might have been Mickey waffles on the kids part of the buffet, but I really don't remember. Hope you get your answer. Wanted to add that this breakfast was AWESOME - MW or no MW. It would be a shame to stay here and not eat there because of one item.

I don't know if the Boma waffles are Mickey-shaped, but there is no comparison between Boma and the Mara. While the Mara offers good quick serve options, the food is nowhere near as good or varied as what you will get at Boma. IMO, Boma is the best breakfast buffet on WDW property. Perhaps your DH-to-be would be willing to settle for a Boma breakfast and a Mickey ice cream bar afterward?

I have ressies in Nov here & can't wait to go as I've heard it's fantastic.

I did see Mickey Waffles at Crystal Palace back in June.

I remember when the use to have Mickey shaped butter at Cinderella's place. I think they should have Tiara or stage coach shaped butter there personally. I wonder if they do the Mickey butter anywhere else?

For Christmas buy him the Mickey waffle maker & every day can be magical

BOMA is a must-do for breakfast every trip - and I THINK I remember mickey-shaped waffles only once.
