Has anyone eaten at Boma for the breakfast buffet lately who can verify the cost for adults? When we were there last fall it was $18.99, but I've seen reports of $24.99 (which may have been during the holiday 'add on' time period). Thanks!

I'm pretty sure the $24 is the new price...and its even more during peak season

We don't do TS breakfasts for that reason...it just seems WAY too much for breakfast food (and we're light eaters in the am who prefer to hit the parks first thing.)

CP is $23 or $24 for the "regular" price and it goes up for seasonal prices. Those buffet prices have went up a lot faster than the inflation rate, if you know what I mean. OH Chef Mickey's is like $27.

Chef Mickey's has always been more-I guess because it has more characters and it is very popular. I don't find it that appealing.

I do enjoy Boma but it hard to get to if you're not staying at AKL. I like CP and at least with that I get to walk up a nearly empty Main St with an early ADR. I will still pay the price for CP but not sure I would make the effort to get to Boma for $25.

WOW, that's a $6 price increase over the $18.99 cost just a year ago!! :scared1: Not worth it for breakfast, IMHO.
Thanks guys.

I was at boma breakfast after thanksgiving and it was 18.99. Did the price increase happen after that???

I THOUGHT that Crystal Palace was $18.99 last year until I saw another post with a new HIGHER price! I was like

My mom thinks that Disney is raising the prices to encourage people to do the dining plan, since it appears to end up costing less than paying OOP :confused3

I was telling my friend I'm traveling with about the new price of Boma breakfast and her response was to ask how much dinner is since we have an ADR there. I never even thought about that. It is now $36.99.:scared1: We are going to have to think about that.

When I go for my summer family trip I don't think we'll be doing too many buffets as my two older kids are 12 & 10. They don't eat enough to pay that much for them.

The price is high but we love the buffet, yes enough to pay it. You may want to make it on a light and have a later breakfast time, thus creating brunch. You could easily then make a late dinner time.

I agree with you about not liking Chef Mickey's too much. We didn't have a great experience there and wouldn't go back.

We ate breakfast at Boma last trip. We took a cab from CSR then after we ate we toured the resort which was nice. We hopped on their bus to Epcot for the afternoon, it was sort of a relaxing day for us so to speak.

I really liked the breakfast there but probably wouldn't go back with the price increase and I'm not planning to be staying at AKL. But the food was really good!
