Boma/Breakfast and/or Lunch

My husband loves Boma. In fact, I had a solo trip planned for early May and he's going, I think so he can go to Boma! Has anyone eaten breakfast/lunch there? What is it like? Is it ordinary food or some ethinic variety as with the dinner?

they don't serve lunch, and the breakfast seems to be mostly typical breakfast foods.
