My original plan began with spending the day at AK, followed by a break back at the resort and finishing it off with dinner at Boma. Then I started thinking about Chefs de France, that same night happens to be an EMH night, so I made an 8:50 reservation thinking that instead of Boma it might be nice to have a late dinner at Chefs, and when we are done stroll through Epcot with fewer crowds, hopefully. I really like both scenarios, but can'd decide which one. I can fit Boma into another day (a 4:50 dinner on our DHS eve, which I am not crazy about) but not Chefs. We have not been to either restaurant so would really like to do both. What do you think? I would really appreciate any opinions. Thanks

Assuming you have park hoppers, then your idea of an AK day + resort rest + Epcot dinner and EMH sounds nice. And you can still try out Boma (my favourite WDW buffet). I'm also assuming you don't have young children, so a late ADR would be no problem. Go for it!:thumbsup2

ETA: I'd just keep checking for a better ADR time for Boma, but keep the early one just in case. Don't know when you're going, but you never know when an ADR will suddenly open up due to a cancellation.

Though I prefer the lunch options rather than dinner for Les Chefs, since you want to try it, it would make for a wonderfully full day!

I love Boma's dinner buffet, it's the only buffets we do at this point, other than Tusker House when a Character breakfast is needed.

Good luck with your decision!

I agree I like the lunch options better at chefs de france rather than dinner but the food there is still very good regardless. I just remember having such a hard time getting from AK to AKL to eat just felt like a lot of wasted time for just an ok buffet. But if you are staying at AKL and eating there after you take a break traveling time isnt an issue. Personally I would choose Chefs de France. I have never had a bad meal there
