Boma and Blizzard Beach questions

Not sure if this is the right place, but I always get quick/helpful answers here soooo....

We have an 8:25 ADR at Boma tomorrow morning. AK opens at 9:00. How do we get there? Will a bus run that early? We are at POR.

Also, we are going to Blizzard Beach right after. Would it be too inappropriate to wear a swimsuit and modest cover-up? Does anyone have a suggestion as to where to try to get loungers at BB?

1. Buses start at 6:30. I would be at the bus stop no later than 7:00. You'll need to transfer at a resort.
2. Yes, it would be inappropriate, you should wear real clothes. You could wear your swimsuits under your clothes, I guess.

You will need to take a bus from POR to AK. then from AK to AKL. Personally, I would seriously consider a cab.

YES, you need to wear "real" clothes to any eatery that isn't poolside. It is also usually rather cool inside with the a/c and the buses are frigid.

So would I. It would cost about $30 and save you an hour.

Going from POR to AKL, you don't need to wait for an AK bus, you could get on the first bus you see going to either AK/HS/Epcot. Then wait at that park for a bus going to AKL. From AKL, bus to AK should stop at Blizzard Beach, confirm before you get on the bus. Once at Blizzard Beach, pretty sure you'll be able to get a bus back to POR.

Cab is a better option going resort-to-resort. Personally, I always rent a car, the $30/per day is worth it to not have to spend an hour waiting on multiple buses to make a 5 mile trip. And with a rental car we always have snacks, drink cooler, jackets, umbrellas, etc with us.
