Boma and AK

Is it possible to hit a few rides at AK then go to Boma for late breakfast (what would last reservation be?) and then head back to AK to finish up a few more rides?

Depends on how much you value your time in the parks. It's possible- but not practical. By the time you get out of the park, wait for the bus, get to AK, wait to be seated, eat, pay, wait again for another bus, and walk back into the part of the park when you can start experiencing attractions it will be at least 2 hours assuming you are really fast eaters- and if you don't hit the bus timing right closer to three hours. If you have a car and get there early so it is closer to the gates, then the equation changes and it is much more doable. They close at 11 AM, but no idea when the last reservation time is that they allow.

We have a 10:25 reservation next month, so I know it's at least that late. For us that's going to be a sleep in morning and we'll just Uber/Lyft over to AKL from WL, then take the bus to AK (park) after our late breakfast. We did this last month and it worked great for us but then we aren't really rope droppers anyway.

I've read that the waits for busses back to resorts from the parks can be long in the morning. They don't necessarily just run back and forth between a certain park and resort. If you want to try going to the park first, I'd recommend using a rideshare to get to Boma if you don't have your own car.
