Hi guys!

Bolt came out last week in the UK, and my boyfriend and I have decided that we are gonna see it this weekend. However the ultimate question is to 3D or not to 3D??

However in other 3D movies i can feel a little bit dizzy and sick, did this effect any one else?? I mean i can feel a little bit out of it after Muppets for example, but not with Mickey's Philharmagic. Should i just not risk it and watch the normal version, or should I risk feeling sick over Valentine's and see the 3D version?

Thanks for the help!

We saw this in December (AMC at DTD :cool1: ) and IMO it's not as '3D' as Mickey's Philharmagic/Muppets. It just enhances the film a little.

It's really good film and kept me entertained through out :thumbsup2

Hope you enjoy which ever version you go for :goodvibes

I saw it in 3D on the Wonder, and I really liked it. I am not really a fan of 3D, but I thought this movie was very well done.

My vote is for 3D.

We saw it this afternoon - we didnt get 3D option . Loved it :thumbsup2

Another vote for 3D :thumbsup2 I have a feeling I know what you mean as some 3D makes me feel woozy. However, even the glasses for these are different, not like the old style. :3dglasses I had no probs with 3D Bolt - in fact I thought it was great! :cool1:

cheers,
:flower3:

I've seen it in 3d long time ago at the movies,... and I love that movie... specially if love dogs :goodvibes

Being inpatient with the uk release a long time after the us one, I simply erm acquired it a while back and it's a wonderful film even not in 3d :)

:goodvibes

Bolt in 3-D is a MUST! Being a filmmaker, I went in thinking that it was going to be a cheesy 3D effects type thing. But 3D has come a long way and it's truly amazing. You don't even really realize it, the depth is so real. There aren't many 3D gags that might be expected, it just gives it a real-like depth. Definitely a must see.

The 3D in Bolt 3D is mild. It does a great job enhancing the movie. i would definitely recommend seeing the 3D version.

I would say 3D - The story of movie was cute....but both me and my fiance thought it wasn't as good as it could have been - but the 3D made it more than worth it. I would go again just for the 3D, you felt like you were in the movie

Nope, it can be at any cinema. The normal cinema at Southampton was running 3D ones (although the queue was so big we gave up in the end!)

I am off to see it during the week instead.

it seems to me really weird this movie hit first Italy (I saw it on December 2008) than UK.... we usually have to wait about 3 months or 6

Disney deliberatly holds up movies till a good time. This week is half term, so the schools have a week off. What better time to release a childrens film??? Disney is sneeky!
