I know there are some people in here who watch this show, as do I (since day one back in 1987). There is an article on page 55 of next week's TV Guide about the show. It questions if the Forresters are "kaput." They have already gotten rid of 99% of the Logan family - now Brad Bell wants to axe the Forresters?

This guy needs to take a page from his dad's soap manual and get a grip! Sorry, but this article really annoyed me. It also says "that the notoriously pushy (Jack) Wagner has demanded and won creative control of his own story lines."

Any of you other B & B'ers want Ridge & Brooke back together?

Yep I watch B & B and have watched since day one. Yes I want Ridge and Brooke together!! I always have!

You know it seems all the famous people are being brought in....Jack Wagner and now Lorenzo Llama and Linda Grey......I miss Brooke's family and wish they would put more emphasis on Thorn....

If he gets his wish and does axe the Forresters, who's LEFT???? I don't care for Massamo or Jackie and it's hard to stomach Sally & Clark.

I stopped watching B&B shortly after Taylor died. Just lost interest in it. Still watch Y&R though, doubt I'll ever give that one up, it has held my interest for many, many years.

I also stopped watching after Taylor died. Don't miss it one bit. I only watch Y & R once a month and can still keep up with the story lines.

I cut way back after Taylor died. Now it's getting so stupid. Jackie is a freak. I think it's weird the way she keeps saying, Oh Nicky. I couldn't stand the whole Ridge, Bridget thing. Stephanie is like a shell of her former self.
And come on, Brooke would think it's good for her to leave Ridge and the kids over the pregnancy, Stupid. Now they're going to keep it a secret that the baby might not be Nick's. I can put it on every couple of weeks and not be lost at all.

I'd love to see Ridge and Brooke get back together. The show has gotten to silly over the years and just isn't worth watching now.

I too do not like the way the show has been going, I dont care for Jackie and Massamo.

Thorn is my fave and just today I was saying I wish they showed him more.

Oh and for those of you who miss Taylor, start watching again!!! SHE WAS ON TODAYS EPISODE!! Its out of touch

I've been an on & off B and B watcher since 1990 or so....I can't watch it anymore. I don't care about: Massimo, Jackie, Nicky, all the new characters like Sam, Caitlin..........the Forresters are the center of this show and always have been...what in the heck happened to Kristen and Tony? They totally just shoved that storyline to the wastebasket. And Thorne? Darla? Sally? Stephanie? I haven't watched it in weeks and although I read the updates, it doesn't look like I'm missing anything. Give me my As the World Turns and I'm happy.

I just watched Friday's episode, and saw Taylor speaking to Brooke. Cool special effects!

While I was never a big Taylor fan, I really liked it when the paired Brooke with Thorn. If she couldn't have the man she thought she loved, then turned to her best friend (she & Thorn had been close for years) and boom! I still have that wedding on tape somewhere. They got rid of Thorm #2 (I forget his name at the moment) and brought in Windsor harmon, and I thought the two of them had chemestry. They several months later, she does a 180 and ends up sleeping with her son in law??? What?
I stopped watching it for awhile b/c I was so mad. It seems like Mr. Bell the younger doesn't think that stable relationships can make it on daytime. Give me a break!

I too, have been watching Y & R since it started in 1973. If they get rid of the Forresters, John Mc Cook can come back to Y & R!! (he was the original Lance Prentiss). He can team up with Jack & bring Victor down! (Victor stole Lance's co, then Lorie tricked Victor into giving it to her)

Glad to see lots of you feel as I do & hope that the Forresters don't go anywhere!

PS: They probably aren't showing much of Thorn & Darla b/c she is probably still on leave. She had her baby after she had the baby on the show. The father of her (real) baby is Mick Cain, who plays CJ.
