Bold and the Beautiful Fans- Let's Chat!!!!

Well for petes sake! The people who work to see what prop is where when need a new job!

Is Owen blind or what? When he came to the house to talk with Bridget he came in, talked to her & left while Jackie was upstairs. Then Jackie came downstairs, they talked & she left, after picking up her HUGE white bag that was on the floor near a table by the front door. She asked Bridget to walk her to her car. Now how in the world did Owen miss those 2 things when he was there? Didn't he see them???

I'm willing to bet this will be a baby Bridget can carry to term.

I finally got my tape from all of last week watched...

I'm also sick of hearing how awful the Forresters have been to the Logans. Let's see, Brook has been married to ALL the Forrester men- Donna married Eric- Katie and her husband took over the company.... The Logans are not babes in the woods.

I want to take a pin and pop Donna's big fat injected lips.

OMG guys, brace yourself, you will NOT believe what Pammy is up to now!

The Bold and the Beautiful is about to venture into virgin territory—literally. On May 25, it will be revealed that Pam Douglas—the bossy, middle-aged wackadoo played by Alley Mills—has never had sex! But that’ll soon change. Pam will be wooed and deflowered by Patrick Duffy’s character, Stephen Logan, though the guy has a lot more than romance in mind. Recently widowed, Stephen unfairly blames Pam’s sister, Stephanie (Susan Flannery), for his wife’s death by drowning and he wants revenge. He intends to manipulate Pam—who is bipolar—into doing the dirty work and will convince her to go off her meds cold turkey. He’ll also purchase a gun from sleazy security guard Mike Guthrie (fan fave Ken Hanes, who’s back for six episodes). You do the math. TV Guide Magazine spoke with Mills and got the scoop on Pam’s big secret.

Pam being a virgin really shouldn’t be such a stunner, but it is!
It’s really kind of sad, isn’t it? Pam’s entirely in denial about it. She spent her whole life taking care of her mother [Ann, played by Betty White] and never had a life of her own. [Laughs] I should have seen this coming. I remember the very first outfit I wore as Pam—a pair of flesh-colored wool pants, really unflattering, and a really high flesh-colored wool turtleneck and a white sweater with scallops on it. When I saw that outfit I thought, “Oh, poor girl.” I wore that for 10 episodes! And Betty White sat there in her rocking chair in this big poufy get-up going, “Alley, I look like a muffin!” That was Pam and Ann’s pathetic life back in Chicago.

How does Pam’s lack of sexual experience get revealed?
It starts with Stephanie trying to set her up on a blind date with Jarrett, who’s just so elegant and wrong for Pam. They go off to the coffee house and have an awkward, not very successful date. Pam calls Stephanie to come pick her up and, while she’s waiting, Stephen comes in. He’s openly furious about Beth’s drowning—he misunderstands and thinks Stephanie killed her—and he’s really mean to Pam but she sees how hurt he is. She goes back to the coffee house the next day looking for him, and they have these really sweet scenes. They meet there a couple of times and Pam thinks he’s taking a shine to her. They get along, it’s easy for them to talk, and Pam makes it clear that she’s never been with a man. Stephen also finds out that Pam’s on medication and he starts to get an idea of what she might be capable of. He tells her she needs to experience all of life, and that she should get off her meds.

Now, there’s a pick up line! So there’s no genuine affection or attraction on Stephen’s part? It’s all b.s.?
We’ll never know! It sure seems real to Pam. He comes across so open and caring. I’ve known Patrick Duffy 30 years in real life, so it’s easy for me to be with him, but it’s really hard knowing he’s plotting something.

Does Stephanie know Pam’s a virgin?
I think she assumes it. She knows how dire the situation is. That’s why she’s setting her up on a date. And, of course, Pam can’t tell Stephanie that she’s seeing Stephen. This is like the Capulets and Montagues. Pam can’t be with a Logan. No way. Stephanie would kill her!

Where does the sex happen? We want details!
Pam finally has digs! Stephen doesn’t have a place to live so he moves in with her just for a couple of days—in the spare bedroom, of course, because Pam’s so ladylike. That’s always been the big joke on the show—where does Pam live? At the Motel 6? Well, it turns out she has a cute little bungalow with two bedrooms and a view! Who knew? That Patrick Duffy is a really good kisser, by the way. [Laughs] And you can print that! But say hello to his wife, Carlyn, for me, because I know her very well. She trusts me. I’ve known her for 30 years, too!

Is there an actual sex scene, or do we just cut to the morning after?
Oh, you definitely see us in bed! I’d gotten into a groove as crazy Aunt Pam so I never thought I’d have sex on the show. [Laughs] I feel like I’m finally on a soap opera! But it was a very strange experience getting into bed with a crew standing by that I’ve known for so long now. We have all these girls on our show with their amazing bodies and their little teddies and I was, like, “I’m not doing that! Everyone’s going to laugh at me!”

So what did you wear?
A tube top so I look naked. But I don’t think they really wanted much skin from the over 60 crowd! They wanted my leg over Patrick’s leg. We had a little bit of stuff going on.

Where is this headed? Won’t this leave Pam even more screwed up than she already is?
I’m afraid so. She grew up seeing her father be so abusive to Stephanie, so the idea that men are bad was formed in her mind at a very early age. This could send her back to that really dark place. I can’t go into what happens, but it gets pretty gnarly. When she finds out she’s been tricked —that Stephen doesn’t really care for her—she’s going to be so hurt. But, hey, until then, she’s caught herself a hunk—on her first go-round!—and she’s having fun. She’s having sex with the Man from Atlantis and Bobby Ewing all rolled into one

Guinness World Records® Names B&B "Most Popular Daytime TV Soap - Current"
Los Angeles, CA… Guinness World Records® named THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL “Most Popular Daytime TV Soap - Current.” A Guinness World Records® Adjudicator presented Emmy® Award-winning Executive Producer and Head Writer, Bradley P. Bell, and the Cast, with the certification of this coveted distinction on Stage 31 of CBS Television City, where the series has taped since its inception in March, 1987.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL’s international ratings success is unequaled in its genre. The series can be viewed on more than 45 broadcasters in over 110 countries. In the 66 countries and territories where there are scientific people-meter systems in place to measure television viewing audiences, THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL garnered 24.5 million viewers in 2008—a higher figure than any other telenovela or soap opera.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL was the recipient of another award based on worldwide ratings consecutively during the years of 2006 through 2009: the Golden Nymph for the Monte Carlo TV Festival’s TV Audience Award. The series was nominated on May 4, 2010, for the same award, and the winner will be revealed on June 10th, in Monaco.

June 1 through 7, 2010, the series’ steamy summer storyline features performances by Latin Recording Artist, Daddy Yankee, whose new album, “Mundial,” is currently #1 on Billboard Magazine’s Latin Artist Album chart, and Tony Okungbowa, the DJ from The Ellen Show. In these episodes, what starts out as a high school girl’s fabulous graduation party turns dark, as the pulsating rhythms entice certain characters to let down their guard, and subsequently fall into the depths of uncharted territory. THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL is the first and only U.S. English language daytime drama to simulcast in Spanish utilizing SAP (Secondary Audio Program) technology.

The new Guinness World Record comes on the heels of 11 Daytime Emmy® nominations, which the series received last week, including Outstanding Drama Series, Writing, and Directing. These nominations come for episodes that feature an all-female cast, headed by former “Golden Girl,” Betty White, which deal with the sensitive subject of dying with dignity. Winners will be announced live at the Daytime Entertainment Emmy® Awards, Sunday June 27, 2010. THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL was the recipient of the Daytime Emmy® Award for “Outstanding Drama Series” at the 2009 awards gala for the first time in its 23-year history.

Thanks, Honny!!!

Ya know, I always wondered why they never made B&B an hour show. There are many times I like it better tahn Y&R.:goodvibes

Funny news about Pammy.
And I HATE how they have Steffy. She really has become a nasty one. I guess it makes for a better show.......:confused3

You're welcome!

Steffy doesnt bother me. After watching Brooke all these years chase after Ridge. Her telling Stephanie and Taylor that even though Ridge was married to Taylor, Brooke was still gonna persue him. Watching Steffy chase after Oliver is pure enjoyment!

Brooke puts Oliver on the spot when she asks him to be honest about where Hope and Steffy stand with him. She then gives Hope and Oliver an uncomfortable lecture about sex. Hope and Oliver do the best that they can to keep preoccupied and their thoughts off of sex, per
Brooke's suggestion. Aggie gladly replaces Bridget on a business trip with Nick to New York. Because of Bridget's odd behavior, Owen begins to suspect that she is hiding something.

I found the first interview after she signed with B&B! I looks like Whip will be hiring her to work at Jackie M!

Adrienne Frantz first day back on the set of The Bold and the Beautiful was this past Tuesday. Her character, Amber Moore, will first reappear on the series on July 1st. On-Air On-Soaps spoke to Adrienne today, to talk about “crossing over” back to her original home at B&B, and to fill us in on what went on behind-the-scenes. Here are some excerpts:

Frantz on her return to B&B and that it was a well-planned out career move: “Brad Bell (exec prod, and head writer, B&B) and I have actually been talking about this for a year. And it was all in talks, and I knew everything that was happening. I knew I was going over to B&B right away, but I could not say anything to anyone. It was hush-hush. And, it was hard not to tell anybody, because I wanted to share my excitement with everyone. I read somewhere the other day, that I had announced I was coming to B&B months ago on my Twitter account, but I don’t have a Twitter account. So, I was like, “That is funny? I don’t twitter!”

Frantz clarifying it was her decision to head back to B&B: “I wanted to go back to B&B. And there were no hard feelings on Y&R, or anywhere. They didn’t have much for my character at Y&R, and Brad has a thing for Amber, and he knows exactly what he is doing with her, and how to write for her. He knows the crazy Amber that she is, because he created her. Amber needs to be spiced up a little, and that is what Brad intends on doing. ”

Frantz that there is one more episode with Amber coming, and Little D! “There will be another episode coming up on Y&R soon that will explain the transitional period of coming over to B&B. So it explains it all. You will see that. Regarding Little D - I can’t give that away quite yet as to what happens there. You will just have to watch!”
Frantz on her big Y&R break-up scenes with Daniel: “I liked the scenes. I thought it was great. Everyone felt like super emotional. Michael Graziadei (Daniel) is one of my really good friends. You know it’s funny. I went to work the other day and saw all the Y&R people and they said, “No one had to say goodbye to you because you are right here.” My dressing room is next to Jess Walton. (Jill, Y&R)

Frantz on if she is at all concerned that once on the half hour soap, that even though others have come on like gangbusters, it usually reverts back (most of the time) to the drama with the four main characters. “I am not concerned. She is Amber and she will find her niche. It may take awhile to meld into the storylines, but right off the bat from the first day you can see where she is going with it all. I can say this much – Whip offers her a job at Jackie M. She will be back in the fashion world. And, this will be about Amber coming here and trying to start her life all over again. And she is really excited about doing that, and she is her happy self again. Yes, she is going to miss Daniel, but she is interested in starting her life again.”

Frantz on starting her first tape day back at B&B on the same day the soap was being recognized by Guinness Book of World Records for Most Popular TV Soap. “My first day, and the show gets into the Guinness Book of World Records. It’s almost as important (Laughs).”

Oliver tells Steffy that he loves Hope, but she has no intention on giving up.

Steffy defies Brooke's warning about not interfering with Hope's masquerade graduation party.

Oliver's friend, international Latin reggaeton star Daddy Yankee, performs at the party.

Wearing white masks, the music leads some of the guests to do things they ordinarily wouldn't -- and a case of mistaken identity.

Following their kiss, an off-her-meds Pam tries to break things off with Stephen, but he refuses to let it end and asks her not to tell Stephanie.

Later, Stephen purchases a gun and becomes involved in a shady business deal with Mike Guthrie (Ken Hanes, who's back for six episodes).

Bridget eavesdrops as Owen confesses to Jackie that he knows about the baby's paternity.

Nick and Aggie's business trip give them newfound respect for each other.

COMING: Will Steffy get her way, or has she gone too far?

• Despite hints that the cast may be dwindling down soon, B&B has BEEP up another daytime star. This time, Daytime Emmy Nominee Scott Clifton, who recently was written-off "One Life to Live," is joining the sudser. At press time, the name of his character and his first air date was not available but he is scheduled to debut in July. The news follows last week's confirmation that Adrienne Frantz will be bringing Amber back on July 1—when Whip offers her a job at Jackie M.

Looks like Oliver will mistake Brooke for Hope and he ends up kissing Brooke and Hope watches.

Characters will fan the fiery flames of passion and vengence this summer on B&B, declares excutive producer and headwriter Bradley Bell. The resulting fallout will be enough to make you sweat!

CASE OF MISTAKEN IDENTITY!
Hope's graduation party a modern masquerade rave staged at Forrester mansion leads to passion and a case of mistaken identity as the trancelike rhythms of musician Daddy Yankee spur characters on. "As the summer unfolds, so do the transgressions that occurred at the party," Bell explains. "It will lead the Forrester and Logan families into uncharted territory."

STEPHEN vS. STEPHANIE!

Stephen proves he's not to be trifled with when he vows to get even with the woman he hold responsible for Beth's death. "He concocts a plan that even Stephanie would have to admit was perfect, "Bell notes, "if she weren't the target of his vengeance!"

OWEN'S UH-OH MOMENT

Not realizing that Jackie already knows the truth about Bridget's pregnancy, Owen does something he thought he never would. "The result will have substantial consequences for Owen and Bridget's marriages, and for Aggie as well

NEW LOVE, FAMILIAR FACES
