Original cast member Susan Flannery (Stephanie) reportedly asked to be written out of B&B after 25 years, but the show managed to work out a new deal with the daytime legend. "Susan, for quite some time, was thinking she needed a break or just have some personal time," Executive Producer/Head Writer Bradley P. Bell tells Digest exclusively. "She's been through a lot personally; we know that she had her own battle with cancer and she’s had such an amazing career that she will continue to have as Stephanie Forrester, but I think it's not so much as a disagreement between her and the show, but more Susan figuring out where she is right now and what she needs. Now, Susan is going to have an incredible time with a new storyline that we've never seen before; something completely unique and interesting." Hope calls a press conference to announce that she's ending her Perfect Wedding collection, as well as her relationship with Liam.

However, Thomas takes over the event to make his own shocking disclosure, an action that infuriates Liam and Caroline.

Just as Rick had hoped, Caroline turns to him for comfort.

The Week of September 10 – 14

With their family and children by their sides, Ridge and Brooke take a walk down the aisle to become husband and wife.

Ridge makes a surprising and risky gesture when he invites his guests to share what his and Brooke's wedding means to them.

Stephanie makes a spontaneous and lighthearted speech about her and Brooke's ups and downs.

Taylor is pleased when Thorne chooses to spend Ridge's wedding day comforting her.

Steffy's attendance at Brooke and Ridge's wedding prompts mixed emotions.

Convinced that Hope and Liam will eventually get back together, Thomas brushes off Steffy's suggestion that his feelings for Hope have resurfaced.

Rick steps in by letting Hope know that Thomas still cares for her.

Urging Thomas to pursue Hope, Rick reminds Caroline that she has another option besides Thomas.

Caroline keeps a close watch on Thomas, ready to do whatever is necessary to save her relationship with him.

Liam wonders why Hope suddenly suspects that he cheated on her with Steffy the night before their second wedding.

His last day was Friday. And honestly, I have no idea how they will write him off. All I know is Brooke will come back to LA WITHOUT him and she will be an emotional wreck. He doesn't die. He's just not with her. She actually gets a new leading man. Remember Dr. Meade? Then later, Ridge will be recast. They're saying nuRidge will be the old Bo Brady from Days of our Lives.

IMO, Ronn Moss' last show was a total disgrace. I'm not a fan (he and I DO NOT get along) but considering he was with the show for 25 years they should've given him a better send off. He deserved better.

It is time for Brad to give up on the dreary threesome of Hope/Liam/Steffy. Liam needs to make up his mind because viewers have said they have had enough!! Liam will continue to pine away for Hope but Steffy has some different ideas when she uses her Logan tactics to try and get Liam....I am hearing we will not be seeing Marcus and Dayzee as they slip back into the background. Great move Brad considering this is your only African American couple!!....So much for Taylor and Thorne gracing our screens again, it is being said TPTB changed their minds once again. Taylor and Brooke will still be pitted against one another but it is all about their girls and not about Forrester as he once had said. Apparently the show is going to focus on the Logan's just like William Bell did back in the day....Are you ready for Ronn Moss to walk into the sunset? Sources are saying the new Ridge is a done deal and all he has to do is sign on the dotted line. Ronn Moss was given the bad news, will there be an 11th hour save? And what about Brooke? Well one thing is for certain, she will end up in someone's bed sooner or later.
