This week Bill and Brooke get busy in the boardroom and the “bedroom.” Don Diamont explains that Bill believes that Brooke is every bit the beautiful, sexy, smart woman that she was when she was younger. He thinks she needs to grab the reins by re-launching Brooke’s Bedroom. Even though Bill stands to make lots of money, this is not the driving force that is motivating him. He wants to see Brooke protect her position as well as her children’s within the company. Right now the biggest threat is Taylor’s relationship with Eric. Don Diamont says “yes, Taylor is the most dysfunctional therapist on the planet.” {laughs} Bill believes the only way to counteract Taylor is to go on the offensive with Brooke’s Bedroom. DD states with Bill and Brooke working together, we can expect lots of sexual tension between them. He absolutely loves Katie but he feels the woman he married is absent. She’s back physically but emotionally, mentally, and sexually, she’s not there. He’s trying but he’s very frustrated.

Rick enlists Carter’s aid in his latest move, one that could possibly affect his feud with Thomas as the battle over FC continues. When Rick meets Carter and finds out that he’s a lawyer and thinks maybe Carter can help him out. He gives Carter an assignment with a deadline to see if he can deliver. Carter is part of the Forrester force “for now.” However, Rick might have an ulterior motive, notes Jacob Young, but “definitely sees him as an ally.”

The Week of March 11 - 15

With Rick absent from work, the Forrester board discovers poor financial decisions he made.

As a result, Taylor suggests to Eric that Thomas be made president.

Brooke is threatened by Taylor's newfound power.

Hope and Liam each make a valiant effort to move on with their lives without each other.

Steffy wonders about Hope's motive in asking her for a big favor.

Brooke takes desperate measures to make sure Taylor doesn't force Rick and Hope out of the company.

Rick apologizes to Maya, who feels betrayed about him hiding his identity from her.

Following Rick's job offer, Carter lets Marcus know that he has a couple of good prospects.

Caroline refuses to let go of what is rightfully hers.

Donna and Pam discuss Taylor and Eric's new relationship.

Pam's erratic behavior doesn't go unnoticed.

Unaware that her boyfriend is interested in another woman, Caroline has a major attitude adjustment. Caroline has tried her hardest to fit in and it wasn’t working, says Godfrey. She came in on her best behavior, doing the right thing, and she ended up in the hospital. Caroline just wants to be happy with Rick but she wants to do things that she wants to do and gets upset when that doesn't happen. She becomes suspicious of Rick when it seems that he’s any longer interested in her. She thinks he’s upset about her not wanting to help out at Dayzee’s. Godfrey is excited about the change in her character, she says she’s not a catty or sexy like Amber and Steffy were. She’s none of those things. When she talked to the writers, they wanted to differ between the two. She will be the girl who says things that aren't nice and doesn't understand why people get upset with her over it. She doesn't have a lot of tact, explains Lindsey.

As things get worse with Caroline, Rick finds himself drawn to Maya. Rick sees a new side to Caroline that he hasn't seen before and is taken aback. After hearing about Maya’s tragedy of losing her child, Rick empathizes. However, he doesn't share that he’s experienced the same thing, since he’s keeping his identity a secret. Jacob Young says they definitely have a connection. They have an unofficial date on Rodeo Drive. While he’s out, a crisis arises at FC and Rick his nowhere to be found. Thomas swoops in. Young notes this rival with Thomas hasn't even begun to play out.

I am repeating myself but I hate what they have done to Caroline. I never liked her but the quick change is making my head spin. They are making her sound like an idiot dumb blonde and so uncaring. When she said that she made her foundation and want others to run it was not like her.

Following Katie finding Brooke and Bill together in the Forrester showroom, Rick lashes out at Taylor for fueling her own agenda against Brooke.



Katie makes it clear to Bill that his business and personal association with Brooke needs to have boundaries.



Taylor tells Katie she has real reason to worry about Bill and Brooke's growing bond.



Brooke reaches out to Bill, who takes out his frustration with alcohol.



Despite keeping her focus on Rick, Maya agrees to a date with Carter.



When Dayzee learns that Maya is interested in Rick, she tells Caroline.



At Eric and Taylor's dinner party, Maya is heartbroken to witness Rick and Caroline together.



When Caroline's attempt to keep Rick's attention fails, she warns Maya to stay away from him.



Left with a broken heart, Hope tries putting a positive face on Steffy's pregnancy.



Steffy and Liam show their joy when they feel the baby kick.

Here comes trouble! TV Guide Magazine has exclusively learned that former All My Children and Guiding Light great Ricky Paull Goldin will hit The Bold and the Beautiful May 15 as Jesse, the badass dude who fathered Maya's child. According to a B&B rep, the baby daddy "will arrive on the scene, see Maya with Rick and immediately get jealous." The hyper-busy Goldin, who is exec producer and host of the new HGTV series Spontaneous Construction, reports for work at the CBS soap this week. The gig, while non-contract, could have serious potential.

"I've pretty much put acting on hold but when the Bell family asks you to do a role, it's not that easy to say no!" Goldin tells us. "I worked for them many years ago on The Young and the Restless and it was a wonderful experience. I'm so honored to be back with them."

Truth be told, Goldin also jumped at the chance to play a villain. "I've always been cast as the hero with a few flaws," he says. "Jesse is a really dark guy with a lot of potential layers and that's very attractive to me. How long will he be around? That Fifth Harmony song from The X Factor keeps going through my head — 'Anything Can Happen!'"

Goldin, who declined an opportunity to revive his Jake Martin role in the upcoming AMC reboot, has established his own TV production company, GoldLine Entertainment, and has recently sold projects to MTV, TLC and the Style Network. Spontaneous Construction, a delightfully dizzy concept that mixes social networking, flash mobs and extreme home makeovers, had a soft launch on HGTV in February and will officially premiere on the cable channel in April. "It's a show that's all about love," Goldin says. "People have been smashed so hard by the economy and one weather crisis after another, so we're putting a hand over the picket fence and helping out our neighbors. There are a lot of tears and a lot of laughs and a whole lot of learning. It's been a beautiful experience."

LOVE Brooke's hair when she has some curl in it like during her 'Brooke's Bedroom' launch. So pretty and much better than that stringy look she always has.

I so miss Hope and Liam.
