how are the reviews for the BOG breakfast. thinking of booking. are you seated or is it find your own seat

its QS style like lunch so you find your own seat.

i have not dined there for breakfast but from the reviews i've seen the food is nothing to write home about for breakfast and is overpriced to the extreme.(a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and fruit is $19.99+tax)

i've been 5 times for lunch and i would highly recommend lunch.
the roast beef sandwich and strawberry cream cheese cupcake are my favorite menu items i've tried.

Find your own seat for breakfast and lunch.

I had 2 breakfasts scheduled there and I canceled the second- I was that unimpressed. I thought the food was okay, but most of my family didn't like their food much at all. It is only the second meal at Disney I would not do again (the other is Akershus).

I was just there for breakfast Friday. I would say if you are looking to get into the parks early to get in a few quick rides first thing, then go for it. If you're looking for a nice breakfast to sit and enjoy, the food is good but wayyyyyy overpriced.
