BOG - What is millet bread? And now there's grilled cheese?

I was looking on the BOG lunch menu.

And it lists the sandwiches just as they are, or on millet bread. Same price. So now I'm wondering, what the heck is millet bread, and how does it differ from the regular bread they use?

Next, at the bottom of the menu grilled cheese is listed. Is this new? I don't recall seeing it before. Is Disney tweaking the menu? For example, I see pictures online of a steak sandwich with garlic herb butter, but on this menu the closest thing they have is roast beef with a horseradish/sour cream.

Just wondering if anyone who has been for lunch lately can clear this up. Pictures would be great, if anyone has them...

Millet is a grain - quite healthy, but can't vouch for its taste.

I tried it in November. I was eating dairy free at the time and the turkey sandwich on millet bread was given to me as an option. It was fine.

Yes, the grilled cheese is new. It may be on the kids' menu. No more steak sandwich though. It was removed and replaced with the roast beef.

Okay, I thought the grilled cheese was new! It is $8 though, so I thought it might be adult sized? It comes with tomato soup and green beans.

The millet sounds good, Is it better/nicer/more filling than the regular bread? It makes sense that they'd offer that, since it makes the bread gluten-free.

Millet flour is a traditional gluten free substitute for wheat flour. Typically it tastes like white flour bread but looks like a wheat bread. Taste wise I've always found it a bit bland ... but not offensive.
