BOG Rose Gallery Open for Lunch?

I've heard some conflicting reports on whether the Rose Gallery room at BOG is open at lunch or not. My daughter (who is 2) has not seen Beauty and the Beast, but has princess books and knows who Belle is. I know she would love to eat there, with the music box with Belle on it!

So, does anyone know if it is typically open for lunch? Thanks!

When we ate there lunch last thanksgiving time it was open for lunch. We finally got to eat in there for dinner last week. It was beautiful and pretty quiet. You could hear the music box music playing as you ate. Lovely.

I've eaten lunch at BOG 7 times and every time the Rose Gallery room has been open.
I just sat in that room about a month ago for lunch.
While I love sitting in the Ballroom I do like the quietness of the Rose Gallery.
