BOG quick service

We have not had any luck with getting reservations for our week, Jan 15-19. Anyone have any opinions on the quick service menu and the eating area?

I've been for lunch 8 and soon to be 9 times.
I have gotten the turkey sandwich, the roast beef sandwich, and most recenly the ham sandwich.
I've enjoyed all of them.
Also the strawberry cream cheese cupcake is a must for me!
I find the atmosphere to be amazing in there.
I'm a huge fan of BATB so to be in Beast's castle is just magical to me.

You do need a reservation for the Quick Service at BOG. Not sure if your question addresses that or not. There is not a separate section for "quick service" there. It is ALL QS for breakfast and lunch, and there is no walk-up. It's all ADR.

BOG is a very unique case... Breakfast and Lunch are quick service but you can and should be making an ADR for them as its likely that you won't be able to get a walk up.
Even if you were able to walk up you'd be waiting for a long time on the bridge to order at the kiosks.

Breakfast and Lunch are Quick Service, Dinner is Table Service. You can't eat at BOG without an ADR at any meal.

Direct quote from the website:

"Reserve Your Table Now
Reservations are strongly recommended for all meals—especially dinner—and can be made up to 180 days in advance. Please make your dining reservations as early as possible!"

That pretty much tells me reservations are needed.

I always make our reservations 6 months out. However last year we had a death in the family 2 days before our trip of course we our trip. We rescheduled but it was a few months out... I couldn't get a BOG reservation. I searched for 1 person instead and found times that were pretty close together. Some were not but we have 9 people so it was tough to get them all close. My suggestion is to search for 1 person.. make that reservation then search for another one for 1 person... you will have to use individual emails accounts since it will not let you double book. I hope this works for you it worked for us. I looked and there is single reservations available at lunch for your dates.

That is what I am doing now Mom Poppins......but I cannot make the children single reservations....can we just bring them and order for them? there are 2 kids. Can each of us take one and just order the extra food for lunch service? I have reservations for the 3 adults, 11:55, 12:10 and 1:20. It says there is another 11:55 available but it will not let me have it for another member of our group.

Each person must have a reservations keep trying singles will open up. Put the children down as adults if needed since you can't book them alone. I would not bring in food that would be a hassle. It will all workout don't give up! Use another email to book the 11:55. Keep trying I have had great success with this in a pinch.

Thank you, I will keep working on it . My 28 year old daughter likes Belle so much my 1 year old granddaughters name is Natalie Belle ........in a pinch the boys can eat elsewhere LOL

I would try calling the Disney restaurant reservations line. Last time for BOG lunch, could not find a reservation for 2, but did find two singles for 10 minutes apart. Booked the first, but couldn't book the other online. Called and they did it for me on the same account and under the same name I think. Ordering ahead got messed up, but no other troubles and was easy to fix.

I don't know I wished I could help... sorry Are you creating another email account and making the reservations from there? I made all my kids/adults a Disney email account and made their ressie from there. I did not do online ordering, I ordered on arrival at BOG.

All done and finished!!!! YEAH!!!! Thanks to all the great suggestions here. I called them direct and we were able to get all 5 of us individual reservations in a 30 minute window for lunch. My adult child is so thrilled. Thanks for all the help.
