You should have a link to pre-order beside your reservations on MDE right now.

You can preorder any time from 30 days out to just before you check in for your reservation.

Last week, I pre-ordered my food - an hour before - in the park - on my phone. I thought I was on MDE.

You preorder via MDE.
Next to your ADR's there should be an option to preorder.
You can preorder anywhere from 30 days prior to 5 minutes prior.
Be warned though that apparently it has been glitchy lately and won't let people order.
Hopefully that issue has been taken care of!

seems like those who had trouble preordering did not have the actual name(s) of the people in their party in the ADR. "Guest # XX" was causing the problem, when they changed that, they were able to pre order

Thanks for the update. I hadn't seen that before.
I've always have everyone's name on the BOG ADR so I never ran into that and never will.

We just preordered our lunch right at the 30 day mark. We were way too excited to wait!
