BOG preorder ?

Hi. I have a breakfast resv in Oct for my party of 11 (5 rooms) but everyone under 1 MDE. If we preorder, will they be able to separate the orders as we pay, so meal credits are taken from each room? Or should we just not preorder ? Was really hoping to save time by doing the preorder.
