BOG PPO question

We have an 8:00 adr on a 9:00 opening day.

I know we can get in around 7:45, but wondering how rushed we will feel tring to get there in time- I am hoping to soak up some atmosphere before dining.

Should I push it to 8:30?

Is it true you can dine whenever you arrive? (For example, could we arrive at 7:45, eat at 8:15, and then beat the crowds to the first attraction?)

I've done it twice with an 8 am ADR and didn't feel rushed either time. We strolled very casually, took everything in and were still 1st or 2nd to arrive, around 7:55 or so. (I guess our "casual" isn't as casual as we think it is. )

Yes,eat whenever you like-they don't "hold you" to your ADR time.

Yes. Eat whenever you arrive. I had an 8:15am ADR last Fall but arrived early. Got in the pre-park ADR line & was the first one in the door. I was finished by 8:20am and then rode the 7DMT ride x3 in the FP+ line before park opening. Glad I showed up early!

Also,if you are finished eating early enough,they "MAY" be giving early rides on SDMT,but as long as you are back out in Fantasyland before the Maingate line arrives(around 8:50 AM),you "should" be allowed to be ahead of them to SDMT or A&E.
