BOG PPO pre-order not working = long wait to order?

We have a BOG PPO reservation at 8:25 (9am park opening). The pre-order option is not working. I have talked to Disney tech support twice, and they have been unsuccessful in fixing the problem. They basically said sorry, but the reservation is still good and you can order when you get there. Of course, I was hoping to be done with breakfast in time to beat the rope drop crowd to 7DMT. If I can't pre-order, will I be stuck waiting in a long line? Or is it not a big deal to order there?

With a 8:25 ADR, you should be able to get in with everyone else with PPO around 8:00, so be AT the MK gates no later than 7:30 to be near the front of the early entry line. As long as you can walk fairly quickly, you should still be one of the first to use the kiosk to order and that should get you out and onto your plan.

We had the same issue - couldn't get the order to go through. We were in line to order right at 8:00 for our 8:20 and we done with breakfast and a bathroom stop in time to get in line at 8:45. We were about 45 people back in line and made it through pretty quickly.

Yes get there early and keep trying mobile order even that morning

Yes. Any PPO ADR at MK can enter at or just before 8:00.
