Anybody else get an e-mail inviting them to book a lunch on their next trip to BOG?

We took advantage of this on our trip two weeks ago. It was very easy and convenient. I placed our order on line ahead of time. We checked in, the CM printed our receipt and told us to choose a seat about 5 to 10 minutes later, a server brought our lunch. I would definitely take advantage of this again if given the opportunity.

Yes, I got one. But it is for the wrong dates. It references the correct reservation number, but when I use the link to make the reservation the wrong dates come up - they are the week before our stay. Not sure what I can do to correct it.

This will be our first trip into the New fantasyland is lunch inside the castle?

Well, kind of. The rooms are done in appropriate fashion. But the actual "castle" itself is a forced-perspective twenty foot tall model.

Nonetheless in typical Disney fashion, the rooms of the restaurant (particularly the Rose room) make you feel like you are in the castle.

We've booked a bog lunch - can't wait to try the Rose room. Enjoyed the West Room for dinner and loved it. Thanks to the forums we know to order appys for dinner which made the bill supper cheap - 4 people under $100 and we were all full.

I never got the email, but I followed the link and got Fast Passes for it.

Still trying to decide if we want to pre-order.

So, Currently the website only brings up the first 7 days of our vacation for possible reservations. Can anyone confirm that eventually the rest of our vacation days will open up too?

Thanks!

Ours never did, took what they had.

My opinion is that you want to preorder. We did a vacation in early Nov and even with fast passes, we waited about 1/2 hour just to order. They were pulling the preorder folks out and seating them. If you preorder you will save yourself a good bit of time waiting on the bridge and in the castle.

I was there last month and got it for the third time. You don't actually need the e-mail, you can book it directly at: https://beourguestlunch.disney.go.com/, you have to be staying onsite.

Thanks for thelink - I was just going to look into this for our January trip.

When I get to what might be the final screen or says there are no FPS available for that day. Is it that crazy for lunch bookings for nothing to be available at even 60 days out?

Also, I want sure what the direct to table vs FP thing was. Is direct to table the preorder?

Thanks

This is exactly what happened to me. When I go to the beourguest.com site it only offers FPs until the end of Nov. We're going Dec. 4-13. By the time it offers me the Dec. dates I'm sure everything will be booked.

Is THIS something completely different than just making the advance dinner reservations (180 days) ahead? That is what we will be doing for an early Christmas dinner .... had to split my party into 2 reservations back to back but was told by member service to arrive 1/2 hour earlier to see if they could combine the ressies to sit together.

The BOG FP is for lunch seating, not dinner. It is completely different from the dining reservation which they don't do for lunch since it's consider a quick service for that meal.

I was lucky enough to get to schedule this. I preordered, snagged the last table in the West Wing, and received my food in about 5 minutes. It was great and so convenient! Take advantage if you can!

This is the last detail I'm waiting to try and schedule for my early January trip. From what I've read on the dinning threads the lunch BOG FP+s won't open up to reserve until 28-27 days before your trip, thus they aren't being grabbed @ 60 days as you can't book them that far ahead.
