How does Be Our Guest work for lunch now?

I ignored it last trip (two years ago) because DS wouldn't have liked anything, but he's much more adventurous now, and I'd kind of like to see the place. (And the boys, though they could care less about it, will gladly humor me for an hour because I'm going to DHS just so they can do RRC and ToT.)

I know there have been changes since it first opened, and at different times I've heard everything from CS to TS, Fastpass to ADR to pick your meal from home. What's the real scoop?

Thanks!

LUNCH is Quick Service but you must have an ADR (reservation).
Same for Breakfast.
Only Dinner is Table Service (not really any different from other meals other than someone takes your order instead of you placing an order.)

On arrival you check in at podium and will send you one of two lines.
Right - if you have not pre-ordered your meal and go through kiosk process.
Left - if you pre-ordered, they will double check your order etc then send you in.

Pre-order is done online via your reservation.

QS for lunch.
ADR.
Preorder anywhere from 30 days prior to 5 minutes prior to checking in.
If you don't preorder you will wait in line to order at a kiosk.
If you do preorder you walk up the left side of the bridge and you will confirm your order and pay. You can also change your order at that time if you wish.
After you pay you walk in and find a seat, then grab your silverware, napkins, and drinks if you ordered fountain drinks.
Within a few minutes your food will arrive and you eat.
