Yes you should as your FP to Seven Dwarfs Mine is 2:45 to 3:45 right ? It across from BOG. As long as you get to BOG by 1pm. We had a 10:30 to 11 BOG FP and we will out of there within 45 minutes or less. They serve the food pretty fast.

I believe if you have a BOG FP you can even order ahead of time, and that would make things a bit quicker as well.

You should be fine. Just fyi though, we ordered ahead of time for our trip two weeks ago and the order was not in their system when we got there. We had to reorder but our food still came within 15 mins.

7DMT is right at the end of the walkway to BOG, so getting there won't be an issue. When I had my lunch reservation a couple days ago, the preplanned meal was in the system, so I guess it's hit and miss. The service is quick, though, so your timing should be alright.
