BOG lunch preordering 2 rooms, 1 reservation

Hi all, we have a reservation for 7 for lunch and wanted to pre order. The ressie is under my name. We are on the dining plan. Is there a way for preorder under my Disney experience and use dining plan credits for my family of 5, and my sister in law use her dining credits (she’s in a different room )

Dining site still says you can only use one form of payment and that does mean only one room's credits. In the past, they have strictly enforced this. HOWEVER, in recent months there have been several reports of people being able to split the check even when they preorder.

So you have a few options:

1. Keep the ADR you have, but try to find another ADR for 1s or 2 around the same time and then adjust the original ADR. You could all still enter and eat together, but then your preorder could be split the way you want.
2. If you can't find the additional ADRs, preorder and hope they'll let you split. In case they don't, make sure there's another meal where you'll all be together and your SIL can pay for 2 of your meals with her plan.
3. Don't preorder and wait in the line.

Is the line much longer if you order at the restaurant?

I've only waited about 15 minutes in the regular line.

I've also had the worst luck when pre-ordering and have had about 10 minute waits both times because we got stuck behind groups who took forever for whatever reason.

They were probably some of those recent reporters who needed to split the check and were "arguing" their case. The main reason for the preorder was to get people through the line and to a table more quickly. Anything you have to do at that kiosk other than a simple confirmation messes with that. As inconvenient as it is to not be able to split checks, they really need to go back to enforcing that.

that's what my family does. One room is DD,DSIL, DGD, 2nd room is me and older DGD.
