BOG lunch pre-order....how long can you change it?

Tomorrow is my 30 day window to pre-order for BOG lunch, although I'm guessing there's no rush to do this (right?)

This is a last minute trip and I'm trying HARD to hold out and not tell my kids about it until the night before we leave, which is killing me slowly. If I guess on what to pre-order them, can I change it the morning of our park day? Or when does it cut you off from making changes?

My googling is failing me on this.....thanks for the help!

This! We used to place our order while riding the Walt Disney Railroad on the way to BOG.

You can change what you order as many times as you like right up until you get in line to check in. I've made changes morning of, not really feeling what I had picked a couple weeks before. Definitely preorder though, it will save you a lot of time not waiting in line to place your order there.
