BoG lunch, can't pre order, anyone else?

I've been trying to pre order our lunch ever since Matthew and I am not able to. I keep getting the "Sorry for the paws, try again later" message. I have tried several browsers, several devices and I've even given other access to my account with no luck.

I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if you were able to fix it? Thank you so much!

yes, I've had the issue this week as well. I still can't place the order. I'm planning a call today.

If you make any more progress than I was able to before I left, will you update here? I am currently in WDW and can't waste any more time on the phone with them. I do know that the regular line isn't very helpful. Someone did talk to IT, and they seemed more willing to look into it... however nothing has been fixed.

I know others have mentioned it. I went on last night and ordered but mine is in 2 weeks. Hopefully someone can help you!
