BOG Lunch booking issues

DH and DS received an invitation to FP a time for lunch and preorder at BOG for their upcoming June trip. Their problem is that the website isn't letting them in. It keeps telling them that their name and reservation number must match the one on the reservation exactly. This isn't possible because the website doesn't permit hyphens and DH's name (and mine) is hyphenated.

The larger problem is that there doesn't seem to be a phone number or email address to call/email if you're having an issue.

Has anyone else had trouble with getting a BOG lunch reserved? How did you solve it?
 
I would smush both names together as one, without the hyphen. They didn't ask for any id or anything when I used mine in April. Just verbally confirmed the last name. Good luck.
 
Oh dear, I tried that and it didn't work either. Does anyone have a possible number to call or an email to send an SOS to? It's sent out through Disney Destinations, not through regular Disney.
 
Honestly, if it is important to you, you'd likely have better luck calling the main line and having them change the names on your reservation.
