BOG lunch- are pre-ordering and kiosks only options?

I will be having lunch at BOG on my trip and I have the dining plan. Are there actual employees/cashiers that I can place my order with when I get there rather than at the kiosks or pre-ordering? I was planning on asking for a modification on a certain item (leaving certain things off the sandwich) so I feel like explaining to a cashier would be the easiest, plus I want to do both a meal and a snack for purchase so I want to make sure it gets deducted correctly

They usually have a few registers with cashiers. Even if you pre-order you confirm everything with a cast member first.

For sandwiches that can be customized (like the turkey one), you get the option to leave off the green leafy veggie (I forget what is on there) or the mayo. I don't know that a cashier can customize beyond what is offered for pre-order or on the kiosk.
